At GrittyTech, we are committed to providing high-quality training and a smooth learning experience. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Cancellation Policy

GrittyTech does not offer cancellations once a service, program, or subscription has been purchased.

2. Refund Eligibility

Training Programs Only

Refunds are applicable only for training programs and under the following condition:

  • A refund request must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase
  • The request should include a clear and valid reason

Once reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed.

3. After 7 Days

After the initial 7-day period:

  • Refund requests may still be reviewed
  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 to 21 business days
  • In most cases, instead of a refund, we will focus on improving your experience by:
    • Assigning a better-suited tutor, or
    • Resolving any quality concerns

Our goal is to ensure you continue learning effectively.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not applicable in the following situations:

  • Requests made after 7 days of purchase (unless approved under special review)
  • Services other than training programs
