GrittyTech – Cancellation and Refund Policy

At GrittyTech, we strive to provide high-quality services and ensure customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refund eligibility for our programs and services.
1. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription or any ongoing services at any time by contacting our customer support team. To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least ten (10) days prior to the start of your next billing period.
Failure to provide adequate notice may result in charges for the subsequent billing cycle, for which no refunds will be credited.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
a. Quality Assurance
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our services, you may request a refund within seven (7) days of purchase for our Tutoring Program. For Assistance Work, please contact our support team with the relevant details. We may require feedback or supporting information to process your request.
b. Technical Issues
If technical problems prevent you from accessing or using the Service, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact our support team with a description of the issue and any supporting documentation.
c. Timely Cancellation
If you cancel your subscription in accordance with the timeframe stated in Section 1, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund based on the unused portion of your subscription.
3. Refund Process

Full name and email associated with your account
Description of the issue or reason for the refund request
Any relevant evidence or documentation
Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days and credited to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are non-refundable:
Fees for services that have already been rendered or completed
Fees associated with third-party tools, platforms, or services
Fees for services canceled outside the specified cancellation window (as outlined in Section 1)
